At 1 Hair Stop, we proudly fulfill all orders from our dedicated facility in Hyderabad, India. While we strive for an exceptional shopping experience, we want to transparently communicate certain limitations regarding return or exchange services.

Currently, we are unable to facilitate returns or exchanges due to the absence of multiple global warehouses. We recognize the importance of a seamless return process and are actively exploring ways to enhance our services in the future.

Please note, once a parcel is dispatched, we cannot accommodate returns for address changes or refusal to pay destination duties. This limitation is influenced by the import duties incurred during the return process to India. We appreciate your consideration of these constraints before placing orders to ensure a satisfying and hassle-free shopping experience.

What happens if there is a genuine manufacturing defect in my product?

In the rare event of a permanent and irreversible product defect reported within 48 hours of parcel receipt, accompanied by sufficient evidence, including an unboxing video, we will consider partial or full compensation of the order value, as deemed appropriate.

What happens if I realize that the duty levied is too high for me to bear?

While we strive to prevent such situations, we regret to inform you that we cannot entertain such requests or assume liability for parcels once they have been dispatched from India.

What happens if I enter an incorrect address?

In such instances, kindly contact us promptly to facilitate necessary changes before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for misdeliveries resulting from incorrect inputs. We encourage customers to exercise caution while entering their contact information and address details.

Is there a reliable resource available for me to ascertain whether any duties will be incurred in my country?

Note

We would like to inform you that we have a limit of two returns per customer. This means that if you have returned a product twice and would like to return another, we will not be able accept a return for the third order.
